Leadership Coaching is coming to Western Integrity Coaching Academy!
We’re expanding our training offerings with a workshop for leaders who want to develop their people, better support their Boards, and build teams that take initiative and ownership.
Join us in Fort Worth this January for two live workshops:
Leadership Coaching | January 4 & 5, 2027
Develop the skills to ask better questions, listen with intention, and help others think through challenges, make decisions, and follow through.
Mental Performance Coaching | January 6 & 7, 2027
Learn coaching skills and practical tools to help others build confidence, strengthen focus, and navigate the demands of competition.
Both workshops are grounded in International Coaching Federation–aligned principles and designed for people who live and work in the western and agricultural industries.
Attend either workshop as a standalone training experience, or apply to continue into our coach certification program. The full Western Integrity certification pathway satisfies the coach-specific education requirements for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Earning the ACC credential requires a separate ICF application and completion of its additional requirements.
