🚨 CONCESSION VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🚨

We need a few volunteers to cover the concession stand for our afternoon games today. Unfortunately, if we aren’t able to get enough volunteers, we will have to close the concession stand for the afternoon games.

If you’re able to give a little bit of your time today, we would greatly appreciate the help! 💚⚾🥎

We’re looking for umpires for games Saturday, September 19th!

⏰ Games Available:

● 11:15 AM — Rookie Coach Pitch
● 12:00 PM — Majors Baseball
● 1:00 PM — Minors Baseball
● 1:00 PM — 12U Softball
● 2:00 PM — Majors Baseball

You guys… we are truly speechless! 💚💛

Today we needed to unload a pallet of field chalk — 1,500 POUNDS of it! 😳 We called our wonderful neighbors and community sponsor, Sunbelt Rentals, hoping they might be able to help.

Ryan immediately said, “Absolutely, I can have someone there in a few!” Before we knew it, Taurean arrived with a forklift, unloaded the pallet, moved it for us, AND transfered the bags to another pallet by hand! Manager Randy graciously approved it all.

As a nonprofit run by a small board of volunteers, this kind of community partnership means more to us than we can put into words. Having local businesses willing to simply say, “We’ve got you,” makes such a difference.

Please support the businesses that support our community! 💚 We are so grateful to have Sunbelt Rentals as a sponsor, community partner, and neighbor!

⚾🥎 We have a VERY, VERY busy Saturday ahead at GCYC with a full day of games! Come on out, grab something from the concession stand, and enjoy a great day at the fields!

🚗 PARKING REMINDER: Overflow parking will be available on Field 4 until 11:00 AM ONLY, as we have games scheduled on that field!

⚠️ Please remember, there is NO parking permitted along the road before the entrance to GCYC. Vehicles parked along the road will be towed.

We’re expecting a packed house, so please plan accordingly. See you at the fields! ⚾🥎

A HUGE thank you to Beverage Tractor for going above and beyond for GCYC! 💚🚜

Not only are they one of our Fall Ball team sponsors, but they also generously donated a much-needed service on our tractor to help keep it running and ready for all the work that goes into maintaining our fields!
