MC Friends! We are starting a Holiday Weight Loss Challenge!! Here's the deets-- Holiday Countdown Weight-Loss Challenge How to enter: • Request to join the private FB group—MC Fitness Weight Loss Challenge • On Thursday, October 17th, weigh yourself at home—display the code word that will be provided that morning on the FB page • Text a picture of your starting weight to 208-431-3051 with your name—(this will not be shared publicly) • Pay 20$ into the pot—pay at the front desk or Venmo @shalene-swenson • TRACK your food!! Use an app or just a paper and pen—every night upload a picture of your food intake that day to the private Facebook group. Members who track 5+ days in a week are entered in a weekly drawing for fun prizes! [03/30/20]   Today's HOME WORKOUT is a STAIR RUN, created by your instructor, Stacy. No equpiment is necesary, and the workout can be done on stairs, or on a flat surface.
Do each move for 1 minute to complete the 15 minute round. Repeat the round 2-3 times for a 30-45 minute workout, and remember to strech at the end.
