We offer the following programs:

Lil Dragons (Ages 4-6)
A beginner program for young martial artists focusing on basic martial arts training, character development, physical fitness and life & safety skills training. Kick’n Kids (Ages 7-12)
Our traditional program for children and preteens, focusing on holistic martial arts training, character development, physical fitness and practical (age & situation-appropriate) self-defense applications. Teens / Adults (Ages 13-130)
Our traditional program for teens and adults, focusing on holistic martial arts training, physical fitness, self-defense and practical self-defense applications using “real life” scenarios. Krav Maga Self Defense (Ages 13+)
Krav Maga Self-Defense is a specialized program focusing on proactive danger awareness education and practical self-defense countermeasures. Combative Jiu Jitsu (Ages 13+)
Combative Jiu-Jitsu is based on many of these long established principals and provides some of the worlds most devastating, effective means of self defense. Combative Jiu-Jitsu is a progressive, ever evolving system of self defense incorporating Traditional Japanese Jiu-Jutsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Vale-Tudo, and Russian Sambo. Arkansas
