🏆 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: KEITH TAYLOR — WORLD CHAMPION! 🏆
Age is just a number, and All Hours Fitness member Keith Taylor is living proof!
At 70 YEARS YOUNG, Keith recently represented Team USA at the IPF Masters World Powerlifting Championships in Reno, Nevada, on October 27, competing in the Masters 4, 105 kg division against athletes from 42 countries around the world! And he didn't just compete… HE DOMINATED!
🏆 GOLD MEDAL – Squat
🏆 GOLD MEDAL – Bench Press (Broke the WORLD RECORD TWICE! )
🏆 GOLD MEDAL – Deadlift
🏆 GOLD MEDAL – Overall Champion
🏆 GOLD MEDAL – Team USA
🥉 BRONZE MEDAL – 3rd Best Lifter in Masters 4
But Keith's story is about much more than medals.
Keith began powerlifting in 1993 before stepping away from the sport in 2003 to focus on his career. After retiring from ExxonMobil in 2023, he decided it was time to come out of retirement from powerlifting!
Now he's a WORLD CHAMPION at 70!
Making this accomplishment even more special, Keith is coached by fellow All Hours Fitness member Jeff Douglas, who serves as the Masters World Head Coach and Assistant Open World Coach!
We couldn't be prouder to have both of these incredible athletes as part of our All Hours Fitness family!
Keith's journey is a powerful reminder that it's never too late to chase a goal, make a comeback, or become the best in the WORLD!
Please join us in congratulating Keith Taylor and Coach Jeff Douglas on this remarkable accomplishment!
