Murph is less than a week away. A Memorial Day tradition โ€” 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 squats sandwiched between two one-mile runs.
There are many ways to take down this elephant of a workout. Here are a few strategies to help you conquer it:

The graphic says it all โ€” from "One Shot" (aka The Bragger) to "Just Survive" (Gotta do what you gotta do). Whatever gets you to that finish line is the right strategy.

My recommendation? The Classic โ€” 20 rounds of 5/10/15 โ€” is popular for a reason. It keeps the sets manageable, gives your muscles a chance to rotate, and lets you find a rhythm. If running is your limiter, Leg Saver is your friend. First timer? Mini Rounds will get you there.
No matter which strategy you pick โ€” the miles bookend everything. Run the first one smart. Leave something for the second.

Spring/Summer schedule update!

Starting in May, weโ€™re rolling out an updated class schedule at Marble Valley Strength.

Some key changes:

Wednesday 9:00 AM
Friday 10:00 AM

๐Ÿ”ฅ More Strength Lab

Wednesday 4:00 PM is now MoveStrong: Strength Lab

We also made updates to our morning schedule to better serve our PushBack Parkinsonโ€™s classes and keep the flow of the gym running strong.

This update came from a mix of real attendance patterns, member feedback, and some honest schedule fine-tuning. No fluff. Just building a better week of training.
