🎄🩰🐭 Exciting opportunity! 🥁❄️✨

Syracuse City Ballet is coming to Vermont for the first time! As part of their 30th Anniversary Season, they are inviting local dancers to audition for the Youth Cast of Syracuse City Ballet’s 2026 production of The Nutcracker.

Cast dancers will perform alongside their professional company artists in a full-length, professional production of the ballet. The show will take place on November 21st at 7pm and November 22nd at 2pm at Vermont State University’s Castleton Campus.

⭐️ 11:00-12:00pm - Ages 6-9
⭐️ 12:15-1:15pm - Ages 10-12
⭐️ 1:45-3:15pm - Ages 13+
⭐️ 3:30-4:15pm - Pointe Ages 13+

There’s still time to sign up for Music Video Week!

Lights, camera, dance! Next week (August 3rd-6th), dancers will learn fun, high-energy, jazzy choreography while exploring performance quality, musicality, confidence, and stage presence.

Throughout the week, dancers will work together to rehearse, perform, and film a music video to showcase everything they’ve learned.

Come dance with us this summer!

July 20th-23rd:

During this first week, we will offer a variety of dance styles for your child to try (ballet, modern, tap, jazz, and contemporary). These classes will be for dancers at an introductory through intermediate level.

​If you aren’t sure which class your child should sign up for, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist!

August 3rd-6th:

We are pleased to announce our year-end recital, Tales from Mount Olympus: A Dance Performance Inspired by Greek Mythology.

There will be 2 shows on June 13th at 2pm and 7pm at Castleton’s Casella Theater.
