Focus: Progressive overload + power + hybrid conditioning.

• Heavier Bench & RDLs with smart progressions
• Faster burpee cycle rates (fixed-time speed sets 😮💨)
• Strength + conditioning EMOMs & AMRAP hybrids
• More complex combos, moderate → high metabolic stress
