Some journeys come full circle.

I first met Coach Kirby back in the Muay Thai Lao days around 2009–2010. Back then we were all just training, learning, and sharing the same passion for the art.

Over the years, Kirby stepped into the fight world and was able to have his first Muay Thai fight with us, followed by a second fight with our team.

Today, he continues to give back at Legacy Muay Thai and Fitness, bringing his knowledge of strength and conditioning, powerlifting, and calisthenics to help our athletes become stronger and more disciplined.

One thing I believe in is support those who support you — and Coach Kirby has always shown his support.

There were moments the body wanted to quit… but the heart refused.

This journey demanded everything — and he gave it.

🎄✨ Legacy Christmas Tradition • Since 2017 ✨🎄

In 2017, we began something truly special at Legacy Muay Thai & Fitness—
our very first Christmas youth celebration.
What started as a simple idea to give back to our kids has grown into a beautiful tradition rooted in community, culture, respect, and family.

Every year, we come together not just as a gym, but as a village—
a place where our youth feel supported, where families connect,
and where our shared culture and values continue to thrive.
These celebrations have always been more than gifts or activities…
they are about building character, unity, and a stronger foundation
for the next generation of leaders.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances and because I will be out of the country for a full month, we must push our annual holiday Christmas celebration to 2026.
As hard as this decision is, our tradition deserves full energy, attention, and heart—
and we promise that when it returns, it will be bigger, better, and even more meaningful.

Thank you to all the families, students, and supporters who continue to stand with Legacy.
Our mission remains the same:
to build respectful youth, strong families, and a community rooted in culture and connection.

The tradition continues… just a little later.
