Monday- Saturday morning Classes at: 10:30am-11:30am Muay Thai Class.

Monday - Friday evening Classes
Kids/teens Class at 5pm-6pm

Cardio and conditioning Class at 6pm-7pm

Fundamentals Muay Thai Class at 7pm-8pm

Advanced Muay Thai Class at 8pm-9pm
