Free adult kung fu class promotes Fitness and self-defense in East Sacramento.

A free community martial arts session is being offered to adults in East Sacramento giving local residents an opportunity to improve Fitness reduce stress and learn practical self-defense skills.

Red Dragon Karate Studio will host a free adult kung fu class on April 18th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. near McKinley Park (behind the Rose Garden) the address is 601 Alhambra Boulevard Sacramento, California 95816.
