Girls on the Run is the ONLY physical activity program in our community that focuses on the whole girl. With peer-reviewed curriculum, kind and caring coaches co-lead their teams through thought provoking discussions and activities. Lessons learned and bonds made during practice last long after girls cross the 5K finish line.

Girls on the Run is not a running club and not a track team. Our program is about movement, connection, self-confidence, teamwork, accomplishment.

I brought my mom aka the owner/operator of the Non-Profit to the 1/29/26 .sacramento communi-versary event and we had SO MUCH FUN!!!
