Established in 1992 by Sensei Haruo Makimoto and Sensei Chris Mitsuoka. Sensei Makimoto has taught Kodokan Judo for over 60 years.
Upon Sensei Makimoto’s passing in Feb 2020, judo is taught by Sensei Kuniko Takeuchi and Sensei Dean Louie.

We had a great turnout for the first week of our summer judo camp for the Jr Cougars Wrestling of Sacramento. They will be learning how to incorporate judo into their wrestling.
