AVOID STRETCHING.........if you aren't going to do it right!
Everybody has MUSCLES that are tight but if we don't stretch them correctly TWO THINGS are going to happen:
1️⃣ You WILL get hurt.
2️⃣ You WILL NOT loosen up.....EVER!
Follow these simple rules to start off with it.
