TRI-FIT programs are administered with a personal
touch in a private studio environment. TRI-FIT is

Now that gyms can re-open, I will be bringing back clients and am open to new clients. As a one-on-one (or small group) personal trainer, I can commit to your safety.

I am also very committed to your fitness and overall health. As personal trainer for 25 years, I have trained everyone from tri-athletes to heart transplant recipients, ages from 15 to 90.

Some of my most rewarding work has been with seniors, who I've helped with balance and posture, improving their quality of life in ways they never hoped for.

Whether you want to get in shape so you can hang with your kids, run a race, or live your older years with strength and gusto, I can help.

I am very affordable (too affordable, if you ask my wife). My gym is in our very large detached garage in the quiet Colonial Heights neighborhood.

Our dogs are my mascots (especially our big guy Oliver), but I am sensitive to those who aren't comfortable, so your workouts can be as dog heavy or dog free as you like.

Motivation - finding yours

What motivates you? We all find it in different ways. Is it new shoes, a new gym or health issues? Getting started can be difficult. I believe it's important to be aware of what makes you happy. And then find activities to support that. - Bill ☮️
