I agree but I have notice so many are worried more about being right than heard. What is something you would like others to understand about you or how your you are feeling. When asking yourself just be as honest as you can with yourself but if you don’t want to comment it, writing it down helps. Do you listen when someone is talking to you and listen with an open heart and from a bigger perspective? If not what is making this it difficult for you? Misunderstandings can cause so many problems for all of us and hope we can all learn to effectively communicate with empathy and a desire to understand to the other person.
