Many moms start to feel like their bodies are “broken” after having a baby, but the truth is your body just needs the right kind of rebuilding. For women who are at least four months postpartum, training with me focuses on safely restoring your strength, reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor, and helping you feel confident in your body again. As a fitness coach, I guide moms through intentional exercises that rebuild stability, tone muscles, and reshape the physique without rushing the healing process. My program is designed to help you regain the strength you had before pregnancy—and often become even stronger—while reminding you that your body didn’t break, it did something powerful. Now it’s time to rebuild, feel confident, and look in the mirror feeling proud of the body that carried life. ✨

The deadbug is an excellent exercise for rebuilding your core after having a baby because it targets the deep stabilizing muscles, especially the transverse abdominis, which acts like a natural corset for your belly. Unlike traditional crunches or twists, it keeps your back flat on the floor, protecting your spine and reducing stress on weakened abdominal muscles. Deadbugs also promote proper alignment by teaching your body to move your arms and legs while keeping your core engaged, which improves posture and coordination—essential for lifting and carrying your baby safely. For women with diastasis recti, this exercise gently activates the core muscles, helping them come back together without forcing them, and because it’s slow and controlled, it’s low-risk while effectively retraining your core for strength, stability, and function.
