🎄 Naughty vs. Nice Invitational – Holiday Schedule Update 🎅

Hi everyone! After keeping a close eye on the forecast, we’ve decided to move the tournament to Saturday, December 27th. With thunderstorms and heavy rain expected throughout this week, we want to give all our teams the best chance at a crisp, dry, and cheerful day of play — and the 27th is currently looking like a much merrier option weather‑wise.

If your team isn’t able to make the new date, you’re welcome to cancel directly through the website.

We’re also extending our registration deadline to Thursday, December 24th at 8:00 PM, in case any new teams would like to sleigh into the fun on the 27th.

Thank you all for your patience and flexibility — it truly means a lot to us. We’re sorry to those who won’t be able to join on the new date, and we hope to see you at future events. For those who can make it, we can’t wait to share a Holly Jolly tournament day with you!

Get ready to sleigh the competition! Sacramento Outdoor Volleyball is hosting a grass quads (REVCO) holiday tournament on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Nick Culjis Field in Land Park — and we want YOU there.

Whether you’re bringing halo energy or full festive mischief, this tournament is all about fun, friendly rivalry, and great volleyball. Players will declare Team Naughty or Team Nice, adding a playful twist to the day’s matchups. Expect competitive games, lots of laughs, music, and holiday vibes all around.

• Adult (18+) players of all skill levels welcome

As many of you have likely heard at our weekly events, it's that time of year where we are asking for donations! We are in desperate need of new balls and other equipment. Thank you to those that have already donated! For everyone else, you can donate via Venmo (, last 4 are 2896), and Zeffy http://bit.ly/4oVVGBI. If you'd like to donate by cash/check, feel free to DM Katrina to arrange! We can also supply receipts for anyone who needs them for their taxes!

We want to get AVP OPTX balls, which are currently running at $63+Tax. Our goal is to get at least 10, but the more you donate the more we can get for the group! For those interested in their own ball, feel free to comment here or DM Katrina for how many you would like, and we'll be in contact.

Together, we raised $3,000 for The Sacramento LGBT Community Center, helping to support vital services, resources, and safe spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals in our community. We more than DOUBLED last year's donation of $1,300!

Thank you all who came out to play and support yesterday at McKinley Park! What an absolutely incredible community to be a part of. Thanks to you, we were able to raise just under $3000 for the LGBTQ+ community center. huge congratulations to all of our winners yesterday! We had an absolute blast with you and look forward to continuing the fun in our future tournaments.
