A recent systematic review and meta-analysis found that dance interventions may help improve:

βœ… Anxiety
βœ… Energy levels
βœ… Social functioning
βœ… Overall quality of life

Researchers looked at everything from Zumba and jazz dance to traditional cultural dances and dance movement therapy. While more research is still needed, the findings suggest that dance may be a valuable complementary tool for supporting well-being during the menopausal transition.
