It’s been brought to my attention that posts are still being created from our Cap City page by members who are no longer affiliated with our basketball organization. Some of these posts include players who are no longer part of our basketball league and this is causing some confusion from our followers. Because of this, that page is no longer an official or valid source of information.

Spring session will be starting next month. I know many of you are participating in AAU tournaments, so this season we will be running the league using a flexible point system format to work around tournament schedules.

🏀 League Format
• Runs March through May
• Divisions: 8U – 15U
• Flexible Sunday scheduling
• Teams choose the Sundays they are available

📅 Scheduling Options
• If you choose to play every Sunday, you will receive 1 game per Sunday
• If you choose to play 2 Sundays in a month, you can receive 2 games on those selected Sundays
• Not all teams are required to play on the same day
• Full game schedule (times & matchups) will be set in advance for the next 2½ months so you can plan around local tournaments

💰 Cost
• $50 per game
OR
• $450 for the full season
• 8 guaranteed games
• Playoffs included
