Good morning! It's Day Six for many of us and it's Self Care Saturday!

Take the time today to make sure you have your toiletries and hygiene products for the coming week.

Self care is a vital part of keeping a good attitude about your appearance and your mental health. If you're someone that loves nice smelling lotions and soaps, or practice good skin-care routines make sure you've got your supplies for the coming weeks. Men, male sure you've got good razers or your favorite beard oil or balm.

Staying clean and feeling good about yourself is one way to stay positive and one less thing to stress over. Take a moment to go thru your inventory and stock up on what you need for the upcoming week. Throw away any old, used up product that might give you a rash or isn't effective anymore.

If you're an outside athlete during the day, make sure to have sunscreen.

It's day Five and it's Foodie Friday!

How did you do this week with food?? I, personally am patting myself on the back for sticking to my fast and to my diet. Thankfully, the meal prep is delicious so I'm able to stick with it.

What foods did you enjoy eating? What did you miss? What did you do when you had cravings?

Let's keep going with this momentum. Following a meal plan is a Rollercoaster. Remember you only have to do this 70 more times after today! You can do it!

Thoughtful Thursday!

Take time for yourself during this journey, even if it's just a few moments at a time. Along with life being "life" you have chosen a lifestyle change that is rigorous and challenging.

Maintaining our mental health, and keeping motivated to continue is another act of service we must do for ourselves.

Whether it's a nice soaking bath, a quiet moment with some candles or incense, prayer or meditation, what do you find calms you down and grounds you?

Feel free to share some ideas about what you enjoy, and reach out if you need some ideas!

Let's talk about Aunt Flo! Cause she can be a real problem for some of us.

Women's health and cycle are a hot topic nowadays. More and more studies are showing that our menstrual cycle and hormonal shifts, at any age and stage, can really wreck havoc on our mental state and physical energy levels. Let's meet Aunt Flo at the door and welcome her, since for many of us, she is definitely going to visit!

If you're Journaling, mark the days you may think she's going to be here. When you're planning your weeks, stay conscious that you may be starting soon. We know our moods shift. We may not want to do something. It may feel overwhelming at some times. When she's here, we may have physical discomfort on some level.

For me, I get severe migraines the day of, and night sweats a few days prior. I become incredibly tired in the days leading up to it and then cry all day she arrives.

What symptoms do you experience? Preparing for them before hand will keep your mentality focused on your daily tasks. You will be able to realize "this is all it is, and it will be over soon, let's keep on track, since it's temporary".

Let's keep out bodies moving and ready for this.

Hello Fellow 75ers!

Let's talk about physical issues that may come up during your journey. We all know this is prime flu and cold season, so we need to be prepared to keep our body's immunity strong.

If you are able to, take the recommended dose or Vitamin C and D, along with Zinc and echinacea if your body can tolerate it. If you're feeling like a cold is coming on, have some Airborne handy.

Dress appropriately and be covered up when you leave the gym, with a sweaty wet shirt on. Hats and scarves help keep you warm.

In the event of getting a cold, let's talk about what you can do for your workouts. Yoga, low impact cardio and the stationary bike are all good options where you can take your time and breaks as needed. If you walk, maybe choose a shorter length of the walk and do a few laps, keeping yourself close to home if you become too tired.

At the end of the day, your health is number one. Preparing to stay healthy is an important part of your daily routine. Preparing now will mean all the success in the end.
