Offering quality instruction in Jow Ga Kung Fu, Filipino empty hand fighting Kuntaw, and Eskrima. Our style is a combat oriented system that does not originate from seminars or flashy demo FMA. Our Kung Fu is powerful and traditional. We teach pure martial arts in a non-commercial setting. Fighting tip of the day:
Train attacking in twos and threes. It will take away your opponent's ability to counter and plan an attack. You would be surprised how many ADVANCED martial artists are still playing around with single attacks...
