March Class Themes: Strength + Length ✨
Each month at DOMA, our classes share a guiding focus to create continuity and depth across the schedule.
Yoga (Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa & Yin): Hamstrings & Splits:
This month, yoga classes will explore the posterior chain with an emphasis on hamstring strength, mobility, and thoughtful preparation for splits (Hanumanasana and related variations).
Expect intelligent sequencing, strength-based lengthening, and options that meet you where you are. Curiosity over performance. Integrity over intensity.
Pilates, Sculpt & Pilates Core: Upper Body Strength
In our Pilates-based classes, March will emphasize shoulders, back, chest, and arms-building stability, endurance, and functional strength. Expect intentional push/pull work, plank variations, and integrated full-body programming that leaves you feeling strong and supported.
Whether you’re working toward deeper range of motion or steadier planks, this month is about creating resilience from the inside out.

They support individuals and families facing mental health challenges by promoting wellness, recovery, prevention, and better access to care. Through peer services, self-help, and education, Cal Voices works to reduce stigma and strengthen cultural competency.
