Every athlete ran with heart and left everything out on the field as they competed to represent Sac Elite and earn All-American titles. We had our 13-14 girls 4x800 relay team come in 4th and medal. The 11-12 girls and 13-14 boys 4x800 team gave a terrific effort as well, but did not medal. We had Jacob Wong barely miss a spot in the finals in the 13-14 boys 200 meter along with Newtan Quinlan competing hard in the boys 15-16 800, but not advancing to the finals. We had Alize Hartke (6th and 4th) and Isabella Fauria (7th and 1st) who medaled in the 3000 and the 1500. Madison Denny competed alongside Isabella Fauria, but despite her effort, she did not medal. Congratulations to all of our athletes for a truly tremendous week!

Good luck Sac Elite!! We have to represent our hometown with pride and honor at our Junior Olympic debut! You have all worked so hard to get here and now it's time to see all of the hard work pay off

Sac Elite potluck and swim before JO regionals at Sac State tomorrow🏃

Madison Denny representing Sac Elite in youth runner magazine for her 15k record at the Hot Chocolate 15k. She was the fastest 12 year old in that distance (1:05:0).

It was a very long and hot saturday down at Luther Burbank high school, but all of the Sac Elite athletes and parents perservered despite the heat, meet setbacks, and tons of confusion. It gets easier from here, believe me! On a more postive note, some PRs were also dropped today and medals were earned by many of our athletes. Congratulations on a great meet and thank you to all of the parents who stepped up and helped today!!!!
