~ 12 weekly 3-hour group training sessions.
~ 12 weekly 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
Once you register, you will need to:
~ Complete a comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine Health History form online (9 pages).
~ Schedule an onboarding 1-on-1 session.
~ Develop your initial action plan to address your priorities.

~ Week 1. What is your WHY? Purpose defines your success.
~ Week 2. Creating breakthroughs.
~ Week 3. Changing your mindset.
~ Week 4. Eliminating self-sabotage.
~ Week 5. Cellular physiology, hydration, nutrition.
~ Week 6. Physical activity, sleep, harmful substance reduction, stress, healthy relationships, happiness.
~ Week 7. Creating habits that will stick for a lifetime.
~ Week 8. Fears, Radical forgiveness, completion work.
~ Week 9. Happiness practices.
~ Week 10. Living a life of integrity.
~ Week 11. Communication, connections, conflict resolution.
~ Week 12. Creating your high-performance support team.

~ October 5, 12, 19, 26
~ November 2, 9, 23, 30
~ December 7, 14, 21.
All group training sessions will be online via Zoom on Sundays from 11 to 2 pm Pacific Time.
All 1-on-1 sessions will be via zoom. You will have access to my calendar for scheduling these sessions once you register.
Registration
This program will be offered at $2,000 beginning in 2026. However, since this is a specially offered program, the registration is only $1,000. Payment arrangements may be made if needed. Limited number of participants.
