Today is Women's Equality Day!
On this day, we commemorate the 1920 adoption of the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which prohibits the states and the federal government from denying the right to vote to citizens of the United States on the basis of s*x.
Mentorship is more than simply sharing knowledge. It’s about cultivating community, creating spaces where others can grow, and recognizing our responsibility to help others thrive.
The impact we make through our relationships, our organizations, and our professional lives can extend far beyond ourselves. When we invest in others, we create opportunities for them to grow, sprout, and bloom. That becomes part of the legacy we leave behind.
