Feeling nervous about running my first Distance Medley Relay at the El Toro All Comers meet tonight! Partly because it’s a very competitive field at a D1 High School, I’m the last leg and partly because I haven’t run a 1600m on the track since 2014!!! Here’s our order and line up...

1200m (Rob Arsenault - 51)
400m (Josh Veloz -34)
800m (Brad Peterson 50)
1600m (MJ - 47)

Well...I guess our avg age grade will be pretty tough to beat! :)

The "guess my time for Boston Marathon" contest is now open!

Win a $50 gift card of your choice if you guess it exactly (last year Joanna Grace Reyes nailed it) or $25 to the closest time!

5 Things...

1. Time entry must be made as a comment on only one of the contest Facebook feed posts in hours:minutes:seconds (ex 2:52:25) and be made by Midnight (PST) Sunday Night April 16th.

2. Only one entry per person. If someone already took your time slot, who ever was first wins unless I catch it and let you resubmit.

3. You may ask as many questions in the comment feeds as you wish before making your determination.

4. I will post all the times submitted as well as my final official finishing time post marathon.

5. Don't be a do**he and put down D:N:F! :)

Tracking me during marathon...

I'll be starting in Wave 1 / Corral 2 at 10:AM EST. (I might get into Corral 1 with a little luck, which means...I could be on TV right behind the Elite men at the start.)

Easiest way is to text
