Happy Friday! Tomorrow hosting her annual Rainbow Flow at 1030am. Flow class and Open Gym participants are encouraged to wear all the colors for this birthday tradition. Have UV reactive clothes? Even better.

There are only a few spots left in her Chains workshop tomorrow. This will be the last one for a while! Those who are registered are reminded to wear layers, eat breakfast, and bring water.
