Through live roleplay demonstrations, we’ll examine how communication style, cultural assumptions, neurodiversity, identity, and power dynamics can shape trust, safety, and client outcomes in coaching spaces.

Together, we’ll unpack subtle coaching moments that either deepen belonging or unintentionally create exclusion, while practicing approaches rooted in cultural humility, inclusive communication, and client-centered awareness.
