Here are 3 of go-to exercises for hip mobility:
Assisted Hip airplane - this is a great option to work on both hip internal and external rotation, and can be loaded with a DB, KB or cable to make it more challenging for lateral hip musculature
Kickstand RDL with foam roll adduction - this one can be tricky, but is an effective way to create length through the glutes and improve ability to access a deeper hinge or squat. Focus on pushing hips back into a glute stretch without rotating away from the stance leg, and keep slight knee pressure into the foam roller the whole time
Standing cable hip flexion - this is an awesome exercise to both strengthen and lengthen your hip flexors. Focus on controlling the weight down slowly, without allowing ribs to flare or low back to arch. If this is too challenging, you can perform the same motion lying on your back on a bench.

Here are 3 of go-to exercises to improve mobility around the shoulder:
1. Bow and arrow row - this is one of my favorite ways to work on thoracic spine rotation, while getting some nice movement of the shoulder blades
2. Straight arm pulldown - this is a great option to get some eccentric lengthening of the lats and improve overhead mobility
3. Powell raise - this is an underrated option for creating length through the muscles on the back of the shoulder, and can improve range of motion with both shoulder rotation and reaching across the body
