NATIONALS duo 🔥🔥 Congratulations to OLIVIA and LILLA on an incredible day of racing!!! After weeks and weeks of racing our fire is burning brighter than ever and only the superlatives are starting to run out! In one day, Olivia earned her first Juniors cut and launched it straight into a Senior National cut. Lilla earned her first National cut this morning and tonight she is a new LSC record holder with the fastest 15/16 time in history! Words cannot express the joy and pride we feel right now as we ride a wave built on culture, character and confidence. ☝️

What an AMAZING performance by Life Time Arden at CIF Sac-Joaquin Sections! Our athletes absolutely showed out and swam out of their minds the last 3 days. We had 73% best times, new Sectionals/Futures qualifiers, won 5 Sections Titles, broke 2 Sections Records, set countless School/Team records, earned 11 Auto States qualifiers, 3 States Consideration qualifiers and more! Congratulations to all! 🔥

Congratulations to Life Time on a tremendously successful Spring Sectional meet! We had so many amazing swims and moments in this meet with new cuts earned. Just a few of the highlights:

- JORDAN earning 1st place High Point and winning the 50 & 100 Free!
- LIL earning her 1st Sectional Cut in the 100 Fly Time Trial!
- OLIVIA earning 2 new Futures cuts!
- LILLA earning a new Summer Juniors cut with a 49.61 100 Free 🔥
- +164.5 team points from last year

Tonight we celebrated the 7th annual USA Day, a day dedicated to honoring our year round swimmers and everything that comes with it. The passion, drive, and determination it takes to stay committed to this sport month after month and year after year is truly remarkable and worthy of recognition.

To those celebrating their very first USA Day, congratulations. You are all amazing, and we look forward to celebrating many more USA Days together in the years ahead. 🇺🇸 🏊‍♀️ 🏊‍♂️

It was a pretty special night for Senior during one of our rare “Standards Set”. The premise of a Standards Set is simple: I assign 2 reps of a set and then hand the control off to one of the swimmers. Every time we complete 2 reps the assigned swimmer gets to decide whether the set ends or whether we will do “twooooo moreeeee”. As a group we will rise or fall to the standard bearer. Tonight, Kenzie led a Standards Set and kept on raising the standards of herself and the group. In the end the group rallied around her and ended up going beyond the confines of practice schedule to finish and hour after practice ‘ended’. The Standard was raised tonight and we are all better for it. Way to go!!! #202
