Teen and Adult Classes are Monday thru Friday from 6:30 to 8 o’clock. We have a really good solid group of students and families. Which makes what I do worth so much to me .
Fruits and Veggie Potluck !!! Also our famous crusher game when the parents get to crush the kids gauntlet style .

Our shield still stands taught a fun class at our Stockton location. Stockton school has always been one of my favorite locations. Lots of great lessons and memories held at this location. ❤️
Another super fun 10am class in the books our morning classes are a great workout. Punching the bags is a great stress relief and therapy for the mind .
