Monster work out here! 530lbs dead lifts 3x3, alternating kettle bell swings with the 44kg/97lbs 4x20 and a nice 600lbs sled pull finisher with Monica donating 100lbs of body weight together cause! Get better. #

I'm hella pumped to be getting back to barbell back squats! After three montes of safety squats, my flexibility in the shoulder is coming back quick!

Gotta thank Tommy, the S & C coach to auburn baseball for giving us a place to train this morning!! Great set up here at the training facility.
I'm 3 months post surgery and moving towards my old strength and beyond! Quickly!! I'll probably be on the safety squat bar for a few more weeks or until my flexibility improve enough to use a straight bar. Stay Grinding!
Got one full week of work in!! The shoulder is pain free after all my sessions but I'm still only about 65-75%. Y'all better hide when I get to 80% player!
Day 2 of post surgery work and I'm already down 10lbs of muscle βΉοΈ! Key, in sustaining muscle is muscle memory, so independent or single side movement will help in that department. However it's also important to go moderate in weight to avoid creating a huge difference in imbalances.
3 weeks post surgery and for my first day back I went light sled drags backwards and forwards for 300 yards. The goal is to maintain as much muscle and strength as I can. In already down 6 pounds, all muscle. Doing my normal sups to help maintain muscle with Vaper and Tri Pharm Recarbery.
