Seize the Moment Run

Not another moment or life lost to a seizure

On March 25, 2023, join our 6th Annual Seize the Moment 5k/10k in Sacramento. This combined 10K, 5K and fun run is designed to generate interest, awareness and promote education about epilepsy, seizures and SUDEP. To be held on Purple Day® weekend, this run is open to all participants of all ages. We welcome sponsors, business partners, community activists, and entertainers to join us in creating a signature event for the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California in the Sacramento Region.

Their goal is to make a difference and pay it forward and for every child living with epilepsy to be able to go to Camp Coelho or participate in any of our programs regardless of cost or need.

Seize the Moment Run is dedicated to those who face the daily challenges of living with epilepsy, this family-oriented Run / Walk will present information about the challenges faced by people living with epilepsy through multiple informational booths. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and gather informational publications at the event.
