Use flax egg instead of egg and unsweetened coconut yogurt instead of oil for a lower cal and oil free recipe🙌🏼
Top with almond butter, pure maple, and Malden salt 😋
Store in freezer and pop in the toaster for a quick easy snack or breakfast

Lots of vegetables, fruits, beans, tofu, rice, avocados, nut butters, protein powder/bars, cashew based cheeses, spices…the flavor combinations are endless, it’s about getting creative!

The scale does not tell all 🚫
Here is an example
I haven’t looked at my weight or body fat % in about a year until a couple of weeks ago.
Since then I have dived deep into strength training and specific body composition goals
My body fat % has stayed the same while my weight has gone up 8 pounds. The number on the scale is reflecting the muscle I’ve have worked hard to build over the last 12 months 💪🏼
What I’ve learned, is it’s about:
👊🏼how you feel in your skin
👊🏼how your clothes feel
👊🏼your energy levels
