Wake Forest Gymnastics is a WFU club sport open to student gymnasts currently enrolled at the university. The team practices three times weekly at Salem Gymnastics and currently competes as a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastic Clubs. Just like that, another season completed! And what better way to wrap up the year than going to Sacramento, CA for the 2016 National Championship? It's been a great year full of talent, laughs and friendship, and we can't wait to see what the next season has in store for us!

Come out and support our gymnastics team at Brynn's Frozen Yogurt this Saturday anytime between 2-10 pm!
This is one of the things I enjoy most about competing under NAIGC. The openness to all skill levels and events. One school had a full team of girls competing men's events. I was thoroughly impressed by her performance.
