All activities are free of charge to our athletes and their families.
We are a nonprofit organization that trains children ages 5-18 in basketball and football fundamentals, player development, as well as nutrition on a budget and staying fit.

What a moment yesterday as Hannah and I were leaving the Kimpton Sawye4 to see the young players from the Charlotte Hornets coming in from practice in preparation for the California Classic!! And this young man, Pedro Bradshaw was gracious enough to stop and take a picture with us! Thank you so much Pedro, we're rooting for you!

Hello Instagram, it's been awhile! I'm excited to announce that I'm new girls flag football coach at Sacramento Charter High School. Now that girls flag football is an official high school sport, we want to get our younger girls ready to compete at the high school level, so bring out your 5th-8th grade girls to our first flag football camp this Saturday from 9am-12pm on our football field!
