Sacramento Kavanagh's GAA

Come out to Treasure Island this April and May to support the Sacramento Kavanagh’s as we compete in the SFGAA St. Patrick’s Cup. We will have 5 straight weeks of action on the pitch and plenty of chances to come cheer on the Kavs’ inaugural season of competition! Our first match is coming up quickly, against on Sunday, April 19! Come and support!

It has been a busy few weeks for the Sacramento Kavanagh’s GAA!

Earlier this month, we were delighted to be a part of the Irish Social at Limelight in East Sacramento. We got to share a bit more about our club, chat with community members, and show some folks the magic of hurling… Safe to say we may have a few future hurlers in the making! ☘️

We also participated in the St. Patrick’s Day parade! Special shoutout to our club members who ran the Shamrock’n half marathon and 10k races. Sac Abú! 💜

The Sacramento Kavanagh’s GAA is a 501(c)3 pending organization bringing the Irish sport of hurling to Sacramento, striving to create a safe sporting environment for folks across the region. This fundraising event will help our growing club reach more in the local community!

The Golf Classic will take place Saturday, March 28 with a shotgun start at 7:30 AM at Davis Golf Course. The $85 fee includes breakfast, lunch, a round of golf, a golf cart, and a raffle ticket.
