Tonight’s strength group is rained out 12/11.

Here’s a quick conditioning video to help you build a robust aerobic system.
When executed correctly hill sprints can help develop your ability to be explosive repeatedly.
Focus on lowering heart rate between reps (extended breathing)
And track your weekly progress! What gets measured gets managed.
Go outside, find a hill and get after it! SACRAMENTO - local parks and trails along our rivers are full of hills perforce for today’s training. 
Warm up properly.
Increase rest intervals as necessary.
Use whatever tools you have available to load exercises.
