Our 51st Athlete Inductee & Scholarship Dinner Dance Event, hosted on Cesar Chavez weekend, was a success.
The Honoring Awarding was great, La Esperanza catering was tasty & Son Café played as they do. Keeping us festive til the end.
At MAHFSA we love being a part of recognizing success of our communities positive actions!

Celebrated on Cesar's Chavez Weekend. Started in 1972 during a time when inclusion was limited, ignored or just over looked...
The double OGs let us know we will make it & the new scholarship awardees let's us know we are going to on representing!

Sunday we hosted our Scholarship "Meet & Greet" event. Gathering as many of the students & families that could attend.
Very cool to see one part of our yearly actions of meeting, fundraising & presenting for the up & coming bright future. The future adding positives to our Mexican American communities from all parts of Sacramento.
The other part is Inducting into our Hall of Fame are the Double OGs who started their sports life many years ago. Recognizing their commitment to all they have done & some still do.

Our 51st Anuual Dinner Dance is happening at the end of the month with music preformed by Son Café
51 years of recognizing our Sacramento athetes friends & families who've had a life playing & connecting to various sports (thease are last years inductees that are shown on flyer)
We also award high school senior scholar-athlete students with great academics playing sports.
