Cupping Therapy is available as an add-on service at Fast Twitch thanks to the medical professionals at Ferraro Spine & Rehabilitation!
Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues. During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup.
Cupping is very relaxing and generally not painful. The sensation that is experienced is a pulling of the skin as the cup is moved in a rolling fashion. Redness or a feeling of warmth is usually experienced after the release of the cup due to increase blood flow to the area.
Almost anyone can benefit from cupping. It is used to treat lack of mobility, tight muscles, scars and many diagnoses like headaches, tendinitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and release of trigger points, according to CN Rehab.

Introducing our new Charity Donation Program at Fast Twitch.
The opportunity to make a positive impact in our community is one of the key pillars in which Fast Twitch was founded on. Aside from the impact our staff can make on a clients life, and vice versa, we have always envisioned different ideas to collectively make change within our community.
Fast Twitch has created a program that every 1v1 private training client can participate in. We will be tracking each individual 1vl private training session that each client completes. At the end of every month, the two individuals that have completed the most Iv1 private training sessions will have a portion of their payment donated to a local charity of their choice. Fast Twitch has partnered with a list of local charities you can choose from!
