Had to take a day off last week because I was with my baby boy picking out his WEDDING DAY TUX!!! 😭 Like… HOW THE HELL did time go by so fast?!

Anywhoooo… this week’s pose is 🙏🏼 A tricky little balance, but totally achievable!

This is a super beginner friendly flow, so whether you’re brand new to yoga or just want to move, breathe and stretch without taking yourself too seriously, this class is for you.

Well… this weeks humbled me.

I just couldn’t get the shapes to line up.
So today’s reminder is one I clearly needed: Sometimes the hardest part of the pose isn’t the pose. It’s getting out of your own damn head.

We don’t get to be perfect every day. We get to show up, wobble, laugh at ourselves, breathe, and try again.

Yep. A day late AGAIN. 😂 But hey… at least I’m showing up! 🙌🏼

This week’s pose took me a few tries, but honestly, it was fun! I still couldn’t quite get the extension I wanted, but hey… that’s life. Sometimes you nail the pose, sometimes you just hope nobody saw the first 28 attempts. 😂

This one was HARD in a very sneaky way. It looks innocent enough, but don’t let it fool you! 😳🔥

Sometimes you just have to walk away, laugh at yourself, and come back to it later. And today… I got it! 🙌🏼
