In the month of August we were celebrating Hawaiian bash ending our summer we had lots of fun our members work out 3 days and entered a drawing for 4 weeks we gave out 14 prices each week congratulations to all our members who entered in one prizes also taking care of your health@

Today at senior fitness health club we celebrated Cinco de Mayo had fun with the members that joined us today it's kind of a surprise didn't know if we kick it off today but we managed to do it thank you for everyone

Thank you♥️ your vote for Cashs artwork made a difference he was chosen as the WINNER and received his award last night at the Arsenal game played at the DOW Event Center. It was a fun night to celebrate.

This past February at senior health club we celebrated healthy heart month people participated in drawing one many prizes took lots of pictures on the circuit had a great time thank you all for who participated I miss everyone hope to be back soon have a great day and take care of that heart
