Ride On MTB

Hey all! Welcome to Ride on MTB - this has been a work in progress to get up and running, but here we are. I'm now offering beginner and intermediate mountain bike skills instruction as a PMBIA Certified Skills Instructor in the St. Augustine/Palm Coast area.

Please help spread the word, my hope is to share the physical and mental benefits of being outside on bikes with more people in our community. I want to help riders feel confident and have all the fun, whether that's getting out for a family ride, leveling up their riding, prepping to ride out of state, or getting into some racing.

A little fun at Ridgeway MTB trails in Ellijay, GA!

The guys made this gap over the creek look easy! 😎 Maybe one day for me, but on this day it just felt good to be riding in the mountains and focusing on putting the bike where I want it. I got to do a little racing (finished 3rd out of 3 women👌) and couldn't be happier with the experience back to racing for the first time since 2019! The point being...get in the right mindset, work your skills, take your riding goals to new places, challenge yourself, see where you're at and keep working! Not comfortable with something? WALK IT! (well maybe don't walk across a gap jump! 🤪) There is NO SHAME in keeping it real to ride another day! ✌️
