Gotta Love working shoulders!
If you want to have that Doritos figure and big looking arms work out those shoulders.
For this set of workouts we got:
DB front, side, and rear belt raises
3-4 sets for 10 reps but increasing weight every set by 5-10lbs

That Sunday rest day!
Even though exercise and diet is a very important component to your desire body/mental goals so is rest!
No really talks about rest but it’s extreme important to have recover so you can unleash your beast at it’s fullest potential on that next workout session.🐺
For me it’s 12 hours of sleep and the rest of the day full of eating😂
