Week 2
Day 1
4-6 rounds:
2-3 min jog, high incline treadmill walk (not holding on to rails), elliptical sprints, or row sprints
10 hammer curls
5-10 Burpees (any modification if needed)
10 DB thrusters
Day 2
4-6 rounds:
2-3 min jog, high incline treadmill walk (not holding on to rails), elliptical sprints, or row sprints
10 chest flies
10 low rear flies (to work lats not rear delts)
10 pushups (any variation that you can do)
Day 3
4-6 rounds:
2-3 min jog, high incline treadmill walk (not holding on to rails), elliptical sprints, or row sprints
10 each side Russian twists
20 hip thrusts or floor bridges (glutes raises)
10 bench dips
30-60 sec plank
Day 4
4-6 rounds:
2-3 min jog, high incline treadmill walk (not holding on to rails), elliptical sprints, or row sprints
10 deadlift (barbell if possible, DB stiff leg, or single leg DB if that is all that you can do)
15-20 air squats
20 walking lunges
