Reverie At TrailMark M and W 11-12 starting April 1
TrailMark M and W 9-10 starting May

Christmas came early!
A dozen new balls to use for waterfitness arrived today. The weather cooperated and I got to try them out.

Today we had 2 great workouts. 3 new students joined us today. Between TrailMark and Reverie.
Having so much fun while we workout.
So happy to have our vacationing friends back to join us again.
Thank you to everyone for making our class’s the best!

May has been an amazing month Reverie continued in the 2nd month of the season with new friends joining almost every week.
TrailMark made it through our first month of the season. Several new faces joined us , so happy to have you.

We did a boot camp style workout on Memorial Day. Turned out I hit my own personal best calorie burn for the day between both classes. 945 calories burned. I felt the after burn for several hours before it wore off.

TrailMark spring classes begin May 5th 9-10am at TrailMark pool.
Be ready for some stair climbing in the pool. My favorite new move.

It may be Aprils fools day. But this is no joke. Today begins the spring, summer season of our water fitness program.
Join us Monday and Wednesdays 9-10a at TrailMark pool and 11-12 at Reverie pool.
Lots of new moves as well as some of your favorites.

3 weeks into the winter season and feeling stronger every day. The WaterPilates moves are really tightening up our abs.
Warm water is great to workout in. Today after last class we just enjoyed hanging out in the water and chatting. I love what I do.
