THE CORE Pilates Studio is a mind body studio offering quality Pilates instruction. We specialize in small group instruction on the Pilates apparatus (including reformer, tower, and chair), as well as group mat classes, private and semi-private instruction. Our variety of offerings gives each client the opportunity to meet their individual therapeutic and fitness needs.
