4 yeas ago we embarked on a risky and uncertain journey, again! A literal doubling in size of our in-person and online virtual training business we originally called "The Studio". Thankfully our business has nothing but grown since and even though we are now a full training center, we still hold to our roots of being a business that gives 110% to each client and delivers only the most personally appropriately tailored 1-1 training services in St Augustine (meaning we only have you do what you should be doing and not something that would hurt you😉). It’s “Best of St Augustine” season again! We don’t participate any longer ever since the contest was turned over to a new owner and you have to pay to get on the list… But we’re thankful and honored that our local residents and clients have nominated us (11) total times for best “gym” and best personal trainers since 2018! Anyone can call themselves the best, but after years of seeing other local gyms and trainers hurt people with exercises not suited for them for their level of conditioning, they ultimately come to see us and only improve, which tells us all we need now!  We’re proud to still be going strong and to still be the BEST in Saint Augustine! 💪🏼😎👍🏼

Though it may not seem like it, admitting you need time to decompress is a sign of strength. Set aside time to take a break when you need to and hit "reset."

And with research showing that stress can literally shrink your hypothalamus, you may find yourself making some bad decisions when stressed, so “reset” and get after it everybody!

We have a few early morning personal training times that have come available and are typically very hard to get. They range between 6am and 8am M-F and would be perfect for someone looking for an early time without many other people around. Basically get in, get after it, get on with your morning.
