Tonight we had the pleasure of training with Professor Leon Barrocas from Art in Motion BJJ out of Miami FL. Professor Leon is a World class competitor with numerous championships to his name. He is a true martial artist and gentleman, and is always welcome. If you are ever in the Miami area and want some high level training definitely stop by his academy. Thank you again Professor 💪🇺🇸

This past week we had the pleasure of having Phillip Smith and his daughter Khloe come train at the Academy. Phillip is the author of The Mat Doesn’t Care. This book is a hysterical take on Jiu Jitsu training and all of the unique personalities you meet along the way. Whether you have been training Jiu Jitsu one month or twenty years, we highly recommend this read. You will be laughing from start to finish. Thanks again to Phil for putting into words the beautiful insanity that Jiu Jitsu is!

Congratulations to John for taking Bronze at the Teens ADCC East Coast trials! There was an incredible amount of talent from all over the world and provided an exciting day of grappñing. Special thanks to all the members at Renzo Gracie St. Augustine and Renzo Cooligan from Renzo Gracie Orlando who helped John prepare. A thank you as well to Mo Jassim for making ADCC what it is today. Go team Renzo Gracie💪🏼!!!
